These rules were adopted
with the intention of making the game and course better and more
pleasant for all. Your cooperation is appreciated.

1. USGA rules
govern all play. |
| |
*2. All play starts from No.1 tee.
Everyone must sign in before teeing off. All guests must pay fees
before playing, not after. |
| |
3. Each golfer
must have his or her own bag. |
| |
4. You may not play a mulligan on
No. 1 tee. |
| |
5. All fences are
out of bounds. Anything past white stakes along No. 5 and No. 6 is
out of bounds. Out of bounds penalty is loss of distance and one
stroke penalty. Example: If you hit your first tee shot out of
bounds, the next ball you hit off the tee will be your third stroke.

6. In case of lost ball in creek,
play another ball with a one stroke penalty from fairway near where
ball was lost. |

7. You cannot
touch or move your ball in fairway roughs, sand traps, shrubs, tall
grass, creek or along fences. If the ball cannot be played where it
lies, it can be lifted to the fairway with one stroke penalty, but
never advancing the ball closer to the green. |

8. If your ball lies in mulch around
trees, you can move your ball a club length without advancing to the
hole without a penalty stroke. |
| |
9. Ball may be
lifted from a bare spot or roadway without penalty, but never
advancing the ball closer to the green you are playing. |
| |
10. If your ball hits the wires
across entrance road, play another ball without penalty. |
| |
11. Replace
divots. Push down torn sod. |
| |
12. Winter rules apply to the mowed
fairway only. |
| |
13. Do not drive
off putting greens. Lift off without penalty. |
| |
14. On greens number 4 and 9, allow
the next foursome to tee off, before you putt out. |
| |
15. Lost ball by
one or more players shall be hunted by all members. After three
minutes, following players shall be signaled to play through. |
| |
16. Slow players must allow faster
players to play through. |
| |
17. At all times,
foursomes shall have right-of-way over any other number of players
except in regular matches where twosomes shall have preference.

18. No player shall approach any
green until preceding players have holed out and are off the green
exception on holes 4 & 9 (see rule 14). Players should move off the
green promptly to avoid delaying following players. Mark your score
down when you reach the tee. |

19. All found
balls which are marked must be turned in at the club house.
|
| |
20. Soft spikes are mandatory. |
| |
21. By-laws state
that no child under age 12 will be allowed on the course unless
accompanied by an adult. Please help us protect your children! |
| |
22. Beginning at noon on Saturday
through Sunday no persons under 14 years of age will be allowed to
play unless accompanied by a parent or adult. This also means being
on the course hunting balls, playing in the creek, etc... |

23. No golf cart
may be driven in the vicinity of the club house or on the course
unless one rider has a drivers license. |
| |
24. When playing Hole number 8 if
your ball comes to rest in the number 5 fairway north of the
driveway, the ball must be laterally moved back into number 8
fairway no closer to the hole with one stroke penalty. If the ball
comes to rest in the rough between No. 5 and 8 there will be no
penalty and the ball must be played where it lies. |

25. No students
enrolled in high school or younger may golf on Men's Stag. College
students may golf on Men's Stag when accompanied by parent member.

26. Student members are not entitled
to guest privileges. |
| |
27. Your guest has to be golfing in
your foursome to qualify for the guest green fee. |
| |
28. Guests within the school
district can golf up to six times a year. |
| |
